Production process

We work with passion to create the most delicious biscuits. In this manufacturing process there are collaborators from different areas of the Company. In addition, in creation, production and commercialization, our suppliers, a wide commercial network, clients and of course, consumers validate the product, even before it goes to market.

The Magic Of Taste

We produce crackers, flavored crackers, cookies with or without cream and the famous Wafer. The crackers, like Saltín Noel, Ducales, Dux and Tosh, have an additional fermentation process, necessary for the mass to be elastic and so give a perfect consistency to the biscuits, to achieve those characteristic air bubbles.

Production process

One cookie for each person

Among our cookies we have Festival, MiniChips, milk type Recreo, and our traditional Sultana cookies. Cookies are made from a sweet and soft dough mixed with butter, sugar, essences, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, among other delicacies. Then the mass goes straight to the oven to create magical flavors.

Noel Wafers are a liquid shake that is baked in plates and then filled with the most delicious creams.

The best ingredients for the best cookies

To give shape and texture to our doughs we use the best ingredients: wheat flour, butter, vegetable fats, water, milk, eggs, salt and sugar.

Fruits, nuts, chocolate, cocoa, essences, among others, are the final ingredients to give our cookies the flavor that makes them unique and delicious.

Production process

The fermentation of doughs has always been an essential moment to find the crispy taste that we love so much. When they have taken shape, the biscuits go into the oven and here they become them irresistible: golden, soft and crunchy; little secrets that define the unbeatable seal of our products.

At NOEL we use various types of ovens; some use hot air for baking and colouring. But we also have conduction ovens that transmit heat through plates, something like a sandwich maker.

Sharing our delicious taste

This is how we arrive at the next step: packaging process. Automated systems dose the exact amount of cookies and crackers that go into each package.

Our packaging is designed to preserve, enjoy and share; all are grouped and organized in boxes that allow for storage and distribution in the best conditions to maintain their freshness and quality.

Production process

From the Distribution Center, the biscuits are sent to every corner of Colombia, and to different countries around the world, so that hundreds of consumers can taste, enjoy and share them to make their moments even more special.
